Inclusive Language & Gender Bias Training
At Golden 1 Credit Union, I designed, developed, and launched a 30–45 minute self-paced eLearning course to strengthen inclusive communication among staff in member-facing roles. The program helps employees recognize and avoid assumptions around roles, pronouns, and gender associations, and apply inclusive language in daily interactions. As a result, staff reported greater confidence in using inclusive communication, frontline member experiences improved, and the initiative advanced the organization’s DEI strategy by embedding respect and inclusivity into everyday practice.
Music in the Middle East and North Africa
Description: Developed an engaging module on the diverse musical traditions of the Middle East and North Africa.
